Perhaps a change in management at this casino is in order. We certainly hope we're wrong here, because we've always loved gambling at Casino Royale. If your dog is certified as a service or. However, dogs are generally not allowed in most other areas of the property. These type of observations give the impression that this casino may be in the early stages of financial difficulty.cutting back on waitresses, and nickel & diming people on inconsequential things like soda refills. There are many dog-friendly casinos in Las Vegas that will allow your pet to stay with you in your hotel room. I think the problem here is that because the waitresses all but ignore the machine players, people just keep going back for more refills throughout the day while they play the machines. We also noticed that they added snarky little notes on the food court soft drink machines that customers were only allowed 'one refill per purchase'. The cocktail waitresses were sparse in the portions of the casino where the slot & video poker machines were located.instead they seemed to focus their efforts on the few table games they still have. Apparently, they must be making a lot of money from the bar, so they figured why not make it larger (?!). The bar area was moved into the middle of the casino, and takes up quite a bit more space than it used to. They have reduced the number of table games (uh-oh.can you say 'Slots A Fun'?) and shoved them in the back of the casino near the food court.
